A3 . Module for nursing about treatment of anemia in different scenarios

In recent years there has been progress in the understanding of the pathophysiology of inflammatory anemia or chronic process and the benefits of their treatment in different contexts, such as in nephrology, cardiology, oncology, gastroenterology and optimization in the surgical patient avoid transfusion. The parenteral therapeutic approach to anemia has the fundamental participation of nursing and believe that an updated anemia and its treatment, from a very practical prism, knowledge can help improve clinical safety and to improve confidence in treatments higher risk entailed in the past. Their involvement and support in this field is important to advance the parenteral treatment of iron deficiency anemia and in different specialties, with the benefit that may mean for patients.
